16th Day After The Birth Of Esabell ~ My Weight....

So far this is the result of my weight...hopefully my weight can reduce further as days pass by.Not on diet, but on healthy diet becos I am on breastfeeding. E.g instead of white rice, I ate brown rice.Instead of eating white bread, I ate wholemeal bread. Instead of eating alot, most of my dishes are Confinement Tonic Healthy Soup. Instead of skinned chicken, I had skinless chicken.No Salt, No sugar (Unless it is healthy brown sugar), no coffee, no tea.My drink is only Milo and Longan Drink (Reduce water retension)

  • Weight before preggy : 53kg
  • Heaviest weight during preggy : 73.5
  • Total weight gain throughout preggy : 20.5kg.
  • Current weight as today : 62.5kg.
  • Total Weight Lost : 11Kg - (Lost 10Kg within 10 days,& the 1 kg took 6 days, Omg)
  • Still need to reduce : 12.5kg to reach 50kg.
